The Artist-to-Athlete™ Online Training Program offers guidance and support from our fitness professionals through our virtual platform, allowing dancers / artist athletes to access a training curriculum and provides the ability to train from where ever you are located.

    This gym is an absolute gem in the middle of the Arts District. There's parking spaces right in front dedicated to Movement Society clients and a ton of cool surrounding businesses. All of the coaches and practitioners have been so incredible to work with. I fixed my neck pain with the help of chiropractor Dr. Johnathan Shay, rehabbed my sprained ankle with physical therapist Dr. Tony Dang, and even got my body wedding-ready with Coach Tawnya. This place is truly a comprehensive wellness center and the community they have curated always makes walking into the gym feel like you're stepping into a good friend's place. Currently, I work with Coach Karl Flores. I love the space both mentally and physically that Karl holds for me. I have never been the type of person to love working out, but I always knew I had to for my well-being. Now, I look forward to training and I feel like a better human overall because of it.     Movement Society was great with their communication, getting to my email about joining within one or two days. My coach, Stephen, was very attentive in what my goals were and changed the program to fit what my current needs were. He gave a lesson on nutrition, provided tips and tricks on how to perform exercises that I haven't seen before, and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The monthly meetings were very helpful to hash out any changes in goals and updates on how the workouts feel. I learned a lot over the past 6-7 months and it was a great experience working with them.

    Tony is amazing. I’ve been sent to physical therapists for decades to address sports injuries but Tony has actually changed my life. He genuinely cares and takes the time to understand what’s causing pain and tailor your session to you instead of just running you through the routine PT exercises/ ice/stim.
